purchased a Mercedes ML350 in late December 2006. I test
drove 2 cars on one day and drove away in a new ML350 the
very next day. In my opinion, such a quick turnaround was
only made possible by Nicol Matheson’s proactive and
professional approach. Nicol is part of a very
professional, efficient operation (at the
dealership).
I found Nicol to be a pleasure to
deal with. He was a good listener who could align my

Subject: Excellent customer service
experience provided by Nicol Matheson
On 25 January my car was broken
into at Sydney Airport. It was the Australia Day long weekend
and I was in Melbourne with children for the weekend. It was
going to be very difficult for me to return to Sydney at short
notice. After I was notified of the break in by the Airport
Police, I contacted Nicol Matheson from Sanderson Motor group
to seek his advice on repairing the damage.
Of his own accord, Nicol offer to
go to Sydney Airport on Sunday 27 January, retrieve my car and
bring it to the (dealership) Service department to be
repaired. I arranged for my parents to deliver a spare key to
Nicol and then go with Nicol to Sydney Airport to retrieve my
car.
Retrieving my car from the
airport carpark, without a ticket and a broken window is not a
straightforward task. It involved liaison with the Airport
Police and the Carpark operator.
Nicol’s proactive and generous
offer was extremely helpful to me and prevented me from having
to cut short my long weekend and return to Sydney. I think that
Nicol’s actions and conduct are an excellent representation of
the Mercedes brand and the service one can expect to receive
from (the dealership).

My parents also commented how
professional, charming and helpful Nicol was in their dealings
with them while retrieving the car.
I would like to thank Nicol for
retrieving my car and arranging the repairs with minimal fuss.
I found this to be an excellent customer experience. Nicol is a
real asset to your team.
