The new E63AMG sets the standard for agility and pure power

Despite its uplifted power output, the new E63AMG is 12%
more fuel efficient than its predecessor thanks to carefully
selected light-weight components and a consumption-optimised
mode.
For that personalised touch adjust the transmission, sports
suspension and ESP “on-the-fly” and the E63AMG quickly
transforms from your daily drive to a nimble sports saloon.
With Daytime Running Lights (DRLs), bi-xenon headlights, LED
rear lights and 19-inch forged light-alloy wheels the E63AMG is
sure to look the part. If you would prefer to dress to impress,
the extensive Exterior Carbon package available from the AMG
PERFORMANCE STUDIO will see you turning heads in even the most
discerning company.
One glance at the highly-polished exclusive AMG quad
tailpipes will have you yearning to hear the note… the note of
the 6,208cc AMG V8. Nothing stirs the emotions more.
Inside the cockpit of the E63AMG moves from the sublime to
the serene. With the finest nappa leather cosseted AMG Sports
Seats and black ash or carbon fibre appointments, the interior
of the E63AMG will keep your racing heart beat in check. And
whether you’re a fan of Mozart or Led Zeppelin, the
14-speaker Harman Kardon dolby 5.1 surround sound system plays
the perfect accompanist to the engine note.
Your first point of contact with the Mercedes-Benz E63AMG is
the AMG sports steering wheel with aluminium shift paddles or,
if you would prefer you can access the AMG DRIVE UNIT with the
E-SELECT lever, which places you in full control of the AMG
SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed transmission. This revolutionary new
gearbox has four modes, for any circumstance. With a
double-declutching function, Race Start and the four modes
being: economical driving, Sport, Sport+ and Manual, the AMG
SPEEDSHIFT ‘box replaces the conventional torque converter with
a new start-up clutch and you’ll find the accelerator pedal
translates to effortless forwards motion without, crucially,
any slip at all.
Deceleration is just as effective with newly-developed AMG
high-performance brakes with 360mm solid discs on the rear
wheels giving a fade-resistant braking sensation.
The AMG RIDE CONTROL sports suspension, with the 3-stage
damping system, is adjustable through the AMG DRIVE UNIT and
incorporates a newly-developed front axle with a wider track.
Soon you will be negotiating curves many
lesser drivers would aspire to.
The level of assistance provided by the Electronic Stability
Program (ESP) can also be personalised, now with three modes:
ON, SPORT and OFF. So everything is under control.
